What do i do if my parents won't support me?

I really want to be an actress when i grow up. I am supposed to be going to Chaparral High School next year and i've already signed up for the theatre program there. But the problem is is that my dad doesn't want to drive me all the way over there. You see, my little sister will still be in middle school next year and he doesnt want to drive to both schools, he says he'll be on the road for two hours and he dosent want to do that, i mean i can understand that but he's thinking of transferring me to a school closer to our house with no drama program, in fact it has barely any programs at all. And this isnt the only time this "driving thing" has happened. 2 weeks ago i found an audition for a new tv show but he wouldnt take me because he thought it was too long of a drive and a "waste of his time". I just think he's lazy and self-absorbed. I dont know what to do, i mean if i could drive, i would. any advice on what i could do to convince him that this is really important to me?
