I need help on a workout routine...?

hello=) i am seventeen and i really want to get in shape for my senior prom, graduation, a long summer at the beach, my new college and most importantly for me....im very skinny but i have cellulite on my bottem and back of my thighs(not to pretty in a bathing suite!) so i need to know what not to eat and what exercises to do to melt those gross bumps away. i also want my arms to be rock solid and not flappy! i want to get as fit as i possibly can in 2 1/2 months and i dont care if it means running twenty miles a day and four hundred push ups! i want this bad!.....there is catch tho. i live in a tiny town with no gym and even if there was i would have no money to afford it so my work outs couldnt include any equipment that you would find at a gym....any help would be so so so greatly appriciated!!! thank you=)
