Is this cage cleaner safe?

Personally, I would just use warm water and a little bit of soap to clean my cage. I know there are usually cleaning soaps and detergents for cages, and they are usually sold at the pet store. Usually when you buy supplies at the pet store, they are checked by vets and scientists for the best and safest results. It should be safe, and it would be fine if you use it. ;)
