MBA (Sys) or MCA after B.com?

Hi, I have completed my B.Com some 5 years back and now i would like to continue my studies. Could you please help me out in taking a decision. I want to take up my career in IT industry.... But my weakness are i am an introvert person and i am thinking that whether mba would suite me. When considering mca, i dont have any backgrounds. .. Can i flourish if i take mca... pls suggest
