Which is has better residential suites at UC Berkeley, Foothill or Clark Kerr?

I saw the housing website and they both look nice. I would prefer a separate rooms like a double or triple. I was wondering which seems more better? Also I would prefer to live in a single sex floor with 3 or more girls.
