Which university should I go to out of these two options...?

It is your choice. You just need to go visit both campuses, review the expences, and long term outcome. The first choice sounds really good to me. But, it probably won't work for you and your boyfriend if you go to a different school. Make a list of what you want in a college. Grade each thing you want 1 to 10 for both the colleges. See which one gets the most points. Good luck!
