I have Twin question?

Hello! I recently saw the trailer of the Suite Life movie thing and it is said that Zack and Cody start feeling the same thing. And my dad told me that some twins have this happening to them too. But how? Cause when something happens to the twin, the other feels it too. Im wondering how.. Can u answer this?
