Where can I go for my 23rd birthday in phoenix, az?

I really don't want to go out to a club, and besides I'm about 2 1/2 months pregnant. My husband also does not drink. We want to leave the kids at home and go out by ourselves to an adult place; somewhere we wouldn't go normally. I have already looked at the Melting pot, since its a special occasion the $82 dinner sounds reasonable. I wouldn't want to go much over that though. Location is mostly north phoenix, scottsdale area. I plan to dress up, and i dont just want to go to dinner, so looking for restuarants and dressed up things to do!! thanks!!
