What is there to do around Chandler,AZ?

My family and I are going on vacation to Chandler, AZ soon. I was hoping you guys would have some ideas to do around there. Anything within about 45 minutes would be good (such as Phoenix, Mesa, Tempe, and maybe even Scottsdale). I am an 18 year old guy, I have younger sister (15) and an older brother (22) and my parents are active. Any outdoors things, shopping malls, we are up for almost anything. I'll appreciate all your answers and will take time to pick a quality best answer.
