Mother's death - Possible Law suite?? State of TX?
You do realize that even IF she received help within the 15 minutes after she collapsed, she still may not have "made it". You seem to omit the cause of death. beyond that, yes the cameras maybe working but they probably do not keep the tapes or even all of the cameras recording the daily events. What you have is a lot of hearsay, employees who have little perception of time in such an event. No action upon her being found is normal, as the person who found her does not know why she collapsed nor if the situation is safe, once the area is determined to be safe, they she could be approached, also there is no way to know if anyone near her knew how to respond, which may have killed her anyway. I suggest you take first aid and CPR classes to gain a better understanding of how these situations take place. Since you also do not mention what time help arrived, you do not have complete time-line as to what took place. You see, in many cases, those first 15 minutes are what can make the difference even if she was still breathing at the time.
