Does the value of a silver round decrease only by being unwrapped?

I bought 1 troy ounce silver rounds from scottsdale silver and they came sealed in a laminate kind of casing. If I were to remove a coin from its wrapping would the value be diminished, or could it diminished solely because it was un-packaged?
